2. Heat and Transfer:
3. Place the sheet with your design onto your shirt
4. Place Teflon sheet on top of your design
5. Use Home Iron or Heat Press for heat application

Home Iron: - Heat iron on medium setting (320°F) - Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds

Heat Press: - Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds - Apply design at 305℉ with medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
